Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 20+ Business Development Executives (BDEs) and Sales Development Executives (SDEs).
- Drive a performance-focused culture by setting clear KPIs, sales targets, and growth plans.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and career development support to enhance team productivity.
- Personally lead and close high-value or strategic business deals.
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
Design and execute business development strategies for client acquisition across inbound and outbound channels.Manage the complete sales funnel — from lead generation and qualification to closing and onboarding.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies.Identify and launch new customer acquisition initiatives to open untapped sales channels.3. Relationship Management & Communication
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Clearly articulate Graphy’s product offerings and value proposition to prospective clients.Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their goals.Represent Graphy.com with professionalism and act as a brand ambassador at all times.Requirements
6+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or enterprise account management.Prior experience in SaaS, is strongly preferred.Proven success in leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Employment Type
