Role overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for talking to student leads on phone and WhatsApp, understanding their study abroad interest, explaining our services and converting them into enrollments for Shiva Immigration.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to new and existing leads shared by the company
- Call and message incoming enquiries from social media, walk ins and references
- Explain study abroad options, basic eligibility and services offered by Shiva Immigration
- Fix counselling appointments and ensure students actually attend the session
- Maintain regular follow up with all active leads till they enroll
- Update every call, follow up and status in the CRM or lead sheet
- Share fee structure, process steps and required documents clearly with students and parents
- Coordinate with the admission and visa team to ensure smooth handover of enrolled cases
- Achieve monthly targets for number of enrollments and fee collection
- Collect feedback from students and share suggestions to improve conversion
Required qualifications and skills
Graduate or pursuing graduation in any streamConfident on phone with clear and polite communication in English and local languageComfortable making many calls every day and handling objectionsBasic knowledge of study abroad will be an advantageGood computer skills and comfort with WhatsApp Web, Excel and CRM toolsResult oriented attitude and comfort working with targetsPersonal attributes
