Job descriptionWelcome university students from all disciplines who are interested in Information Technology Available to work full-time for 6 months from July / August 2025 - December 2025 / January 2026 Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams Knowledge of advanced functions of a MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Outlook software. Information Technology related job experience is beneficial.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Intern will be assisting the IT team in providing technology & support services that create positive business impact by optimizing the effective use of systems at the Hong Kong Regional Office.
WORK ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing onsite IT support to associates in Hong Kong office.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, software installations, and network configurations.
- Performing IT inventory check and operational analytics for Hong Kong office.
- Compiling and delivering learning modules for office technology and productivity tools.
- Assisting in system setup and support for corporate conferences and internal events.
- Assisting in regional IT initiatives and compliance project rollouts.

Job Location : Hong Kong Office - 11 / F, 1111 King’s Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong
Expected Office Hours : Monday – Friday, 09 : 00 – 18 : 00
