Title : Oracle Fusion : 5 to 10 years

Loc : Pan India Mode : 1 Virtual , 1 F2F

NP : Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator to manage, monitor, and optimize a suite of Oracle Fusion Middleware products including SOA Suite, OSB, BPM, ODI, OBIEE, OAS, and OEDQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability of middleware components in a complex enterprise Responsibilities Administration :

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components :

1. SOA Suite (Service-Oriented Architecture)

2. OSB (Oracle Service Bus)

3. BPM (Business Process Management)

4. ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)

5. OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)

6. OAS (Oracle Analytics Server)

7. OEDQ (Oracle Enterprise Data Quality)

Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates.

Manage domain configurations, clusters, and high availability Monitoring & Tuning :

Monitor system performance and availability using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).

Tune JVM parameters, data sources, and connection pools.

Analyse logs and metrics to proactively identify and resolve & Integration :

Manage deployment of composites, services, and applications across environments.

Integrate middleware with databases, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Fusion Apps), and third-party tools.

Automate deployment processes using WLST, ANT, or scripting tools.

Security & Compliance :

Configure SSL, identity management, and access control.

Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Manage user roles and permissions across middleware & Disaster Recovery :

Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures.

Participate in DR drills and ensure business & Support :

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Provide L2 / L3 support and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams.
