The firm is committed to strict confidentiality standards, consistent quality controls and seamless collaboration with client teams across multiple sectors.Purpose of the roleThe Brand Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining the brand identity, creative direction and visual standards used across all internal and external materials. The role ensures consistent representation of the brand across campaigns, websites, content, design assets and communication channels. This function works closely with the Performance Marketing team, Web Developer and content teams to deliver cohesive and compliant outputs across all projects.Responsibilities and dutiesManage brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all creative deliverablesDevelop and oversee creative concepts for campaigns, websites, social assets and marketing materialsCoordinate with the Performance Marketing team to translate campaign objectives into structured briefsReview and approve creative outputs including static designs, video storyboards and landing page layoutsWork with designers and production teams to prioritise tasks and maintain delivery timelinesMaintain asset libraries, version control and proper documentation of all creative materialsEnsure all materials meet brand standards for tone, layout, colour and visual identityCollaborate with the Web Developer to ensure website and landing page design aligns with approved brand directionConduct periodic audits of brand usage across teams and identify areas requiring correction or improvementProvide clear written directions and feedback to creative and production teamsKey deliverablesApproved brand guidelines updated as required and adopted by teamsCampaign and creative briefs delivered clearly and on timeCreative assets produced in alignment with brand standards and campaign requirementsDocumented review notes and feedback loops maintained for all design and production cyclesOrganised and updated asset libraries with consistent naming and versioningCompliance and confidentialityAll creative and brand materials must be produced using approved systems.
