About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce CPQ solutions, both out-of-the-box and custom. You will leverage your deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, product development, and AppExchange packages to deliver innovative solutions in an Agile, CI / CD environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take ownership of complex projects and contribute significantly to our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Work extensively with Salesforce CPQ objects, profiles, and permission sets, ensuring optimal configuration and security.
• Develop and maintain custom functionalities using Visualforce, APEX, Integration APIs, Web Services, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Utilize source control systems such as Azure DevOps and GIT for effective code management and collaboration.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CI / CD pipelines and development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly within the CPQ domain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ and integrations.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of implemented solutions.
