Job Title : Real Time Analyst
Key responsibilities of the position :
- Real-time Monitoring of all service channels to ensure service delivery within SLA agreements.
- Managing escalations, outages, and system issues.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining attendance information and presence reporting.
- Providing support to team leaders in the use of workforce management.
Applicant profile :
Analytical skills.Understand customer demand and ensure forecasting and planning are optimized.Good communication skills.Workforce Planning within Contact Centers experience, especially within the Health Care sector could be considered an advantage.Either UAE resident or able to relocate on a short notice.Fluency in Arabic and English.Location :
