Position Summary
Plan and manage all marketing objectives, activities, marketing policy and A&P budget in India
Duties and Responsibilities
1) Plan and manage all marketing objectives, activities, marketing policy and A&P budget
2) Develop strategies to create brand awareness, market share and customer’s satisfaction
3) Manage product portfolios across brands and categories
4) Manage and planning for new product launching strategy
5) Establish brand identity and standard for all marketing materials
6) Develop marketing tools for sales activities such as sales kits, competitor and market research
7) Manage team to plan and handle Communication, CRM, Events, PR, and Creative Design
8) Analyse and summarize monthly, quarterly and annual marketing reports
9) Lead and evaluate team performance and encourage for development
10) Ensure good condition of work and working atmosphere, team spirit
11) Enforce team to comply with company’s regulations
12) Collaborate with other departments
13) Negotiate with key suppliers and partners
Other Responsibilities
Operation (Office)
1) Overview and ensure branch’s financial annual target
2) Optimize resource and facilities to maximize performance and cost efficiency
3) Work closely with Sales department to ensure sales target
4) Ensure good condition of work and working atmosphere, team spirit
5) Lead and evaluate team performance and consult for development
6) Enforce team to comply with company’s regulations
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Marketing related field)
Experience : 6 years+ (Marketing)
