We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing influencers to execute impactful campaigns that elevate our brand presence and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Influencer Identification & Database Management
• Build and maintain a comprehensive influencer database segmented by niche, platform, audience size, and engagement metrics.
• Continuously scout and vet new influencer prospects aligned with brand values and campaign objectives.
• Track influencer performance history and update records with relevant KPIs.
• Influencer Outreach & Collaboration Management
• Execute end-to-end influencer outreach strategies including initial contact, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Align influencers with campaign goals, timelines, creative briefs, and content guidelines.
• Negotiate and finalize collaboration terms including compensation, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
• Campaign Coordination & Execution
• Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from briefing to content delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between the brand and influencers during campaigns, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and delivered on schedule.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics
• Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance including engagement rates, reach, impressions, and conversions.
• Create post-campaign reports with insights, performance analysis, and ROI metrics.
• Recommend data-driven improvements for future influencer initiatives.
• Relationship Building & Retention
• Cultivate long-term, value-driven relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.
• Explore opportunities for recurring partnerships, ambassador programs, and exclusive collaborations.
