Job Title : Lead Generator
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and generate 10–20 high-quality leads per week through outbound calls, email
outreach, , and other channels.
Make introductory and follow-up calls to prospects to establish interest and qualify leads.
Ask key qualifying questions to determine prospect fit and gather relevant information.
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in CRM systems.
Follow up with warm leads to keep them engaged and move them through the sales
funnel.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Conduct basic market research to identify new target segments or industries.
Ideal Candidate :
2–5 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally.
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Familiarity with B2B sales cycles is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
