AWARE is a Strategic Business Unit within the EC-Council group. The unit delivers cutting-edge solutions in phishing, vishing, smishing, and e-learning, empowering organizations to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. As a scaling business unit, we are focused on achieving aggressive revenue growth and global market expansion.

Position Overview :

EC-Council is seeking a visionary and execution-focused Product Head to lead the AWARE Business Unit, our flagship platform for Cybersecurity Awareness Training, Human Risk Management, and Phishing Simulation Solutions. This is a leadership role for an experienced cybersecurity product management professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution . You will define the product roadmap, drive innovation, and deliver a world-class platform that strengthens organizations against cyber threats.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in cybersecurity SaaS products , understands the intersection of technology, behaviour, and enterprise risk, and has successfully led product teams through the full product lifecycle — from ideation to global scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy , and roadmap for EC-Council's AWARE platform across global markets.
• Drive product innovation in areas such as phishing / smishing / vishing simulations, gamified training, behavioural analytics, and AI-driven learning personalization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and content teams to deliver scalable, engaging, and high-impact security awareness products.
• Translate market research, customer insights , and competitive intelligence into actionable product initiatives.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Engage with enterprise customers, CISOs, and security leaders to gather feedback and position AWARE in the global market.
• Mentor a high-performance product team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
