Tax Manager – Shared Services (Global Tax Compliance & Advisory Support)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Tax Manager to lead the shared services tax operations in our Gurgaon satellite office , supporting a global tax team headquartered in Dubai . The role includes managing complex multi-jurisdictional tax compliance , overseeing monthly withholding tax filings , and providing technical support on international tax matters including UAE Corporate Tax , Transfer Pricing , and OECD Pillar Two .

The successful candidate must have strong accounting skills , exceptional tax technical knowledge, and experience working with cross-border teams in a shared services or multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end preparation and review of monthly and annual corporate income tax and withholding tax filings across global jurisdictions.
• Lead the review process of monthly withholding tax returns , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee compliance with UAE Corporate Tax , Transfer Pricing , and OECD BEPS / Pillar Two regulations, in collaboration with the Dubai team.
• Supervise a team delivering standardized global tax compliance processes.
• Coordinate with finance, legal, and operational stakeholders to ensure consistent and accurate tax and accounting data flow.
• Assist with transfer pricing analysis , documentation, and global CbCR coordination.
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs , compliance trackers, and ensure team delivery meets quality standards.
• Support international tax audits, queries, and regulatory submissions.
