We are hiring for a Technical Project Manager for an Ahmedabad location.

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PHP Technical Project Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing PHP development projects, managing teams, and ensuring project success. Tasks include project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and client communication.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Must have 10+ years of industry experience and 4+ years in project management.
Deep knowledge of enterprise product development with the right practices and processes.
Experience with necessary tools and technologies like GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, CI / CD, etc.
Experience with cloud-based, CD / CI, or DevOps development environment.
A strong hands-on development track record building integration and applications utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools, and database systems.
Good experience in Agile methodology.
Good communication skills both in writing and verbally, with the ability to present complex ideas or technical solutions to the business and / or management team.
Analytical and problem-solving skills for the design, creation, and testing of programs.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Communication skills to work effectively with Scrum team members, support personnel, and clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of PHP development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.

Lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Conduct detailed project planning, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Maintain strong client communication, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

Apply deep knowledge of enterprise product development with best practices and processes throughout project execution.

Utilize and enforce the use of necessary tools and technologies such as GIT, Bitbucket, Jira, CI / CD, etc., to streamline development workflows.

Work within and promote a cloud-based, CI / CD, or DevOps development environment.

Maintain a strong hands-on development track record by contributing to complex integrations and applications utilizing a variety of technologies, development tools, and database systems.

Drive projects using Agile methodology, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Present complex ideas and technical solutions clearly to both business stakeholders and management teams.

Analyze and solve complex problems, contributing to the design, creation, and testing of programs.

Collaborate effectively with Scrum team members, support personnel, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
