Job descriptionOwn LinkedIn prospecting and convert decision-makers into warm leads. Run cold email & multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls). Qualify leads across Apollo, Slack communities, and other platforms. Lead sales calls with founders, CXOs, and other high-value prospects. Build strong relationships, map client goals, and show how Myntmore drives pipeline growth. Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals. Drive corporate tie-ups, channel partnerships, and cold calling campaigns. Unlock new revenue opportunities through strategic outreach. Own and manage CRM (Zoho or similar) with accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Analyse data to improve conversion rates and optimise sales processes. Work with the founding team on GTM experiments and sales strategy. Improve sales funnels, client engagement, and revenue growth systems. Work directly with founders, CXOs, and senior leaders Learn & sell AI-led growth systems and cutting-edge marketing services Exposure to strategic sales, partnerships, and high-value deals Build long-term client relationships with measurable business impact Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Be part of a fast-paced, ambitious team that values ideas, ownership, and hustle A natural sales hunter – loves prospecting and chasing deals Confident communicator who can handle CXO-level conversations Skilled at cold calling, outbound email, and lead qualification CRM-savvy (Zoho / HubSpot / Salesforce) and data-driven in approach Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives in fast-moving environments

Must-Haves
- Based in Mumbai
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Stipend : 7,000 - 25,000 (+ incentives)
- Working Hours : Atleast 6 hours between 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
- Immediate joining / can join within 15 days
