Job description

We're not looking for someone to just clock numbers. We're looking for someone who's hungry to close deals, build relationships, and drive revenue growth with us. If that's you, let's build together.

(There are some must-haves, so apply only if you check them off.

Must-Haves

  • Based in Mumbai
  • Comfortable with cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Stipend : 7,000 - 25,000 (+ incentives)
  • Working Hours : Atleast 6 hours between 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
  • Immediate joining / can join within 15 days

We don't just create campaigns; we build systems that turn visibility into meetings, pipeline, and closed revenue. Now, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to be at the forefront of our growth journey.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Own LinkedIn prospecting and convert decision-makers into warm leads.
  • Run cold email & multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls).
  • Qualify leads across Apollo, Slack communities, and other platforms.
  • Sales & Client Engagement

  • Lead sales calls with founders, CXOs, and other high-value prospects.
  • Build strong relationships, map client goals, and show how Myntmore drives pipeline growth.
  • Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Business Development & Partnerships

  • Drive corporate tie-ups, channel partnerships, and cold calling campaigns.
  • Unlock new revenue opportunities through strategic outreach.
  • CRM & Sales Operations

  • Own and manage CRM (Zoho or similar) with accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Analyse data to improve conversion rates and optimise sales processes.
  • Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with the founding team on GTM experiments and sales strategy.
  • Improve sales funnels, client engagement, and revenue growth systems.
