What we are looking for

We are seeking a Principal Architect to help us strengthen our system design governance and architectural scalability as we grow. This is a hands-on technical leadership role — designed for someone who can bridge product context, system architecture, and execution depth.

You'll partner directly with the CTO to codify and evolve MeasureOne's architecture across our microservices ecosystem, data pipelines, and API framework. You will design, build, and guide by doing — working deeply within our systems and teams to elevate design quality, scalability, and maintainability.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise-level product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Participate in architecture and system design discussions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best industry practices
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing modules for performance and efficiency
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Take full ownership of deliverables — from ideation to deployment in production
