Job descriptionAction : Assist in setting up, tracking, and optimizing paid ad campaigns (e.G., LinkedIn, Google Ads). What You'll Master : Digital ad basics, A / B testing, and campaign performance analysis. Action : Help design and implement workflow automations (using tools like Zapier and CRM sequences) to make our GTM machine run faster and smarter. What You'll Master : Sales Ops, system integration, and efficiency hacking. Action : Attend key strategic meetings, external client pitches, and internal product reviews directly alongside the Founder. What You'll Master : High-level business strategy, negotiation tactics, and startup decision-making in real-time. You're GRITTY . Rejection doesn't faze you; You're a TECH-SAVVY problem solver obsessed with AI and B2B SaaS. You know that "set it and forget it" only applies to crockpots, not marketing. - Action : Execute high-volume, personalized cold calls and emails to target prospects.
- What You'll Master : Prospecting, objection handling, and articulating complex value propositions on the fly.
