Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QuickBooks Certified Accountant located in Pune. The QuickBooks Certified Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial information and contribute to financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• QuickBooks Management : Manage QuickBooks from setup to financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.
• Financial Reporting : Run regular reports, including :
• Balance Sheet (BS)
• Profit & Loss (P&L)
• Cash Flow statements
• Management Information Systems (MIS) reports
• Financial Analysis : Analyze financial data to provide insights and support business decisions
