Job Description

Key Responsibilities

SAP Concur Expense Management

Roles and Responsibilities

Expense Management Oversight Manage and oversee the end to end expense management process ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Support the Business in implementation and configuration of SAP Concur Expense Management solutions including system setup integration and customization to meet business needs

Policy Development Develop and enforce expense policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization

Training and Support Provide training and support to employees on SAP Concur usage expense reporting and reimbursement processes Create user guides and training materials as needed

Data Analysis and Reporting Utilize SAP Concur reporting tools to analyse expense data identify trends and provide insights to senior management for decision making

Audit and Compliance Conduct regular audits of expense reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies Address any discrepancies or issues promptly

Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the expense management system Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement enhancements

Vendor Management Manage relationships with SAP Concur and other relevant vendors to ensure optimal performance and support

Qualifications

Education Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field A masters degree is a plus.

Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in expense management finance or accounting with at least 2 years of experience specifically with SAP Concur Expense Management solutions

Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP Concur Expense Management including system configuration reporting and integration with other financial systems Strong Excel skills are required

Analytical Skills Ability to analyse complex data sets identify trends and provide actionable insights Experience with data visualization tools is a plus

Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical

Experience with other SAP modules and integration points

Knowledge of global expense management practices and regulations

Certification in SAP Concur Expense Management CIP or related areas

Experience in a multinational corporate environment.
