Job Title : Executive – Solar Sales
Location : Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat & Bhavnagar
Industry : Solar / Renewable Energy

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through referrals, field visits, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
2. Customer Engagement
Conduct site assessments and understand customer requirements.Provide tailored solar solutions based on technical feasibility and customer needs.3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Present solar products, solutions, and value propositions to customers.Handle pricing discussions, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals.4. Relationship Building
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.Ensure high customer satisfaction and promote repeat and referral business.5. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.Maintain consistent follow-ups to drive successful conversions.6. Industry Knowledge
Stay updated with solar industry trends, government policies, and emerging technologies.Communicate relevant policy or regulatory updates to customers.7. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and all relevant sales documentation.Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.Track and report sales performance, market insights, and customer interactions.Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Network Development : Ability to build and expand customer networks.Technical Understanding : Basic knowledge of solar systems (training will be provided if required).Sales & Interpersonal Skills : Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.Analytical Ability : Ability to understand customer needs and analyze market / competitor trends.Problem-Solving : Ability to offer suitable solar solutions based on customer challenges.Software Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an added advantage.Willingness to Travel : Frequent field visits within the assigned region are required.Eligibility
