Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in startups, particularly within the health insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of product management experience and a proven track record of developing and scaling products in fast-paced, agile environments. You’ll drive product strategy, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that address customer needs in health insurance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Product Strategy & Vision : Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for health insurance solutions, aligning with company goals.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee end-to-end product development, from ideation and design to launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions : Conduct market research and user feedback sessions to understand customer needs and pain points, particularly within health insurance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality products.
  • Roadmap & Prioritization : Define, manage, and communicate the product roadmap based on data-driven insights and business priorities.
  • Performance Tracking : Define KPIs and track product performance, making data-informed adjustments to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Compliance & Regulation : Stay updated on health insurance industry standards and ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 1-3 years in product management, preferably in a startup environment, with a focus on health insurance or related sectors.
  • Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of the health insurance landscape, customer pain points, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with agile development methodologies and experience working with engineering teams on product requirements.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficient in using data analytics to make informed product decisions; experience with tools like SQL, Google Analytics, or similar is a plus.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements and strategies.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
