Responsibilities :
Work closely with the sales team to understand the sales forecast and align marketing communication strategies accordingly. Ensure that marketing campaigns, Tech Days, and online SurTec brand promotions are effectively spread among customers.
Coordinate with other functional teams like Planning, Production, SCM, etc., to support material requirements for the execution of exhibitions, and ensure written and verbal communication to increase market share. Interact regularly with all internal teams to understand specific market and customer needs related to product and process flow, in order to gain customer confidence and win them over.
Facilitate communication within the organization to ensure teams are aligned with messaging and to achieve strategic goals (OP).
Demonstrate interest in coordinating with international marketing team members to understand and align with the global direction in terms of communication and marketing.
Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, product sheets, email campaigns, and social media content, ensuring they reflect the latest sales forecasts and product availability. This requires strong coordination with group companies.
Monitor the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure timely delivery and alignment with forecasted sales goals. Track campaign performance and collaborate with sales to adjust tactics as needed.
Review and report on the ROI of exhibitions and Tech Day event outcomes at regular intervals. Adjust marketing initiatives and messaging accordingly.
Qualifications :
1 - 3 Years of experience Marketing and Communication with Post graduate degree in Marketing.
Positive attitude to learn and willing to travel is must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage marketing / communication projects.
Experience with marketing processes and alignment of marketing efforts to gain new customers .
Knowledge of SAP / Microsoft tools . Added advantage if he / she knows CRM . Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, social media management platforms).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
