Role Overview :
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable customer service solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building customized solutions, automating workflows, and integrating Service Cloud with other systems.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, service-oriented architecture, and customer support Service Cloud Development
- Design and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
- Build and manage case management, omnichannel routing, knowledge base, live agent, chatbots, email-to-case, and CTI integrations.
- Implement business process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Development & Integration
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components (Aura / LWC), and Visualforce pages as needed.
- Create and maintain REST / SOAP API integrations with third-party platforms (CTI, email services, knowledge tools, etc.
- Ensure best practices in data integrity, security, and user access Enhancements & Support :
- Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and end-users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Participate in deployment, version control, and post-deployment support.
Reporting & Documentation :
Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, or Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM).Maintain detailed documentation of custom solutions, data models, and Skills & Competencies Core Salesforce SkillsDeep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and featuresProficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Experience with Omnichannel, Live Agent, Email-to-Case, Knowledge Management, and Service ConsoleFamiliarity with Experience Cloud (Communities) is a plusIntegration & Tools :
