Job descriptionCreate, edit, proofread, and publish engaging, SEO-optimized content across platforms. Develop content for : Website & Marketplace listings (optimized product descriptions, metadata, and content updates) Blog posts with SEO keyword research & metadata optimization Emailers, WhatsApp, and paid marketing campaigns PR materials (press releases, PR emails, and media outreach content) Customer Success & Sales team content support Develop high-converting ad copies for performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other paid channels. Review and approve creatives from designers to ensure they align with brand messaging and marketing goals. Plan and manage social media calendars for all brand pages, including : Reels, motion graphics, and static posts Influencer marketing scripts & briefs In-house reels and video scripts Creative storytelling & campaign ideation Review and provide final feedback on all videos to ensure content aligns with brand identity. Mentor junior content creators to maintain quality and brand consistency. Collaborate with designers on ad creatives, ensuring visuals and copy are cohesive for social media and paid promotions. Plan & execute influencer / UGC content campaigns. Conduct round 2 influencer profile shortlisting. Schedule & coordinate influencer videos and content planning. Increase SkinBae’s online footprint by reaching out to media houses for mentions, articles, and collaborations. Write and distribute press releases for product launches and brand milestones. Collaborate with marketing, design, and agency teams for content execution. Ensure seamless coordination with email, WhatsApp, and paid marketing teams. Work closely with graphic designers to align static and video creatives with content messaging. Approve final ad creatives, social media visuals, and website banners in coordination with the design team. Plan & execute VMD visuals for retail activations and event marketing. Monitor Instagram end-to-end, ensuring seamless operation. Engage with the online community on Instagram, Quora, Reddit, and other organic platforms. Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to refine strategies. Lead team building, training, and SOP development to streamline content processes. Mentor junior writers and ensure content is aligned with SkinBae’s standards. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail Ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization Passion for skincare, beauty trends, and the Korean beauty industry Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats Excellent time management and organizational skills Creativity and a proactive approach to content ideation and problem-solving

Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Brand Content Specialist to craft compelling, authentic content that captures the essence of our Korean skincare brand. You will be responsible for developing engaging product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and other brand communications that resonate with our audience and strengthen our brand voice.
