Hands-on Experience in HRSD - Platform Architect.

• Not just case management experience, but Core HR knowledge- starting from the entire employee journey from onboarding to exit in an org
• Must have a basic understanding of Workday
• Must have implemented core HRSD modules & solutions
• Should have consulting skills (worked on proposals)
• Experience in working on ServiceNow in a client-facing role
• Good communication & influencing skills
