Job descriptionMinimum 15 years of teaching experience at the university level Currently serving as Professor or Associate Professor Minimum 4–5 research publications in Scopus-indexed journals 1–3 years of industry experience is highly desirable and will be given preference Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pune are preferred Lead the department in academic, administrative, and research initiatives Design and deliver industry-aligned curriculum and experiential learning opportunities Mentor faculty and students in research, projects, and career development Foster industry-academia collaboration and develop partnerships for internships, placements, and joint projects Drive accreditation, quality assurance, and innovation in teaching methodologies
Position : Director – BFSI
Academic Qualifications :
- MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate degree
- Ph D in Financial Management
- First Class or equivalent at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels is preferable
