ElectraMPower Consulting Pvt Ltd., a leading provider of electrical engineering solutions, is expanding and looking for skilled, motivated professionals to join our team in the following roles :

1. Electrical Service Engineer (VCB, ACB, Transformer Testing)

Location : Agra / PAN India (based on company requirements)

Type : Full-time

We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Service Engineer to lead our service team and handle high-voltage equipment such as VCBs, ACBs, and transformers.

Responsibilities :

Hire, train, and manage electrical service technicians
Oversee day-to-day service operations for timely and quality service
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues
Develop and enforce safety and service procedures
Manage budgets and improve departmental efficiency
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications :

Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred)

1–2 years of relevant service / maintenance experience

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and testing

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with service management tools

Valid driver’s license

2. Project Manager (Electrical)

Location : Agra

Type : Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and deliver electrical projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities :

Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables

Create detailed project plans and lead project teams

Oversee electrical design, installation, testing, and commissioning

Ensure all work meets codes and industry standards

Monitor progress, manage risks, and control budgets

Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

Proven experience managing electrical

Strong knowledge of electrical systems

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools

3. Office Assistant

Location : Agra

Type : Full-time

We are hiring an organized and efficient Office Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities :

Manage phone calls, emails, and general communications

Maintain records, files, and documentation

Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Support the team with document handling and office supplies

Perform other clerical tasks as required

Qualifications :

High school diploma (Associate’s degree or certification preferred)

Prior experience in office support roles

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

4. AutoCAD Draftsman (Electrical)

Location : Agra

Type : Full-time

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to prepare precise and technical electrical drawings.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and edit 2D drawings and layouts using AutoCAD

Collaborate with engineers to understand design requirements

Maintain updated records and project documentation

Follow drafting standards and project specifications

Qualifications :

ITI / Diploma in Drafting or Electrical Engineering

1–2 years of experience in electrical drafting using AutoCAD

Proficient in AutoCAD with a good understanding of electrical schematics

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
