The Opportunity ;
We're looking for a visionary Head of Brand & Marketing to lead our storytelling, presence, and voice across the globe.
This is not a typical marketing role. This is your chance to :
Shape the identity of the world's first AI-only Institution.Lead the global narrative on AI education.Build a team, presence, and playbook that scales with us.You will own everything from brand building to content creation, digital marketing to community growth - across multiple geographies and audience segments.
What You'll Do ;
Brand & Strategy
Build SARAS as a hallmark brand in global AI education.Craft a compelling brand identity - voice, visual, positioning - that resonates across borders.Own our narrative across channels : from Stanford to Sri Lanka, Bengaluru to Boston.Content & Storytelling
Lead content creation across formats - thought leadership, social media, video, blogs, student stories, campaigns, and more.Collaborate with academic teams, students, and partners to surface meaningful narratives.Turn complex AI ideas into engaging, relatable content for different audience levels.Digital Marketing
Own and evolve our website, SEO / SEM, CRM, social, email, and other digital assets.Design and manage marketing funnels for each cohort, segment, and geography.Run smart, efficient campaigns - with a bias for organic and owned channels.Team Leadership
Manage and grow a small but mighty team across content, design, social, and CRM.Mentor, hire, and inspire specialists to operate with excellence and creativity.Work closely with Growth, Academics, and Product to ensure alignment.Ops & Performance
Build dashboards to measure brand reach, campaign performance, CAC, retention.Report progress and insights directly to the COO and Founding Team.Own tools, vendors, and systems that enable efficient marketing execution.Who You Are
8-12 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role .Proven success in building and scaling global brands - ideally in EdTech, SaaS, or consumer tech.A natural storyteller with strong command over written and visual content.Deep understanding of digital strategy , content ops, and campaign design.Strong sense of aesthetic, voice, and customer psychology .Thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and gets things done without hand-holding.A believer in the future of learning, AI, and mission-driven work .Why SARAS?
