: Automotive, Engineering, Construction, Chemicals & Plastics, Engineering, Metals, Biotech, Healthcare, Financial Services, Consumer Goods.

7. Responsibilities :

a. Manage multiple projects & clients, take responsibility for project profitability.

b. Take accountability for client acquisition, management and delivery of projects efficiently.

c. Ensure smooth research design, execution, and timely delivery of multiple projects

simultaneously with minimal senior level supervision.

d. Support Client Acquisition & BD related activities. Viz proposal writing, BD meetings etc.

e. Ensure fixed & variable costs are under control, define work scope, effort estimation, resource

mobilization, delivery continuity, improve delivery turnaround time and process efficiency.

f. Team Management & their performance, Attrition Management, Training and Coaching.

8. Personal Attributes :

a. Ability to work against tight deadlines.

b. Ability to work on unstructured projects somewhat independently.

c. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

d. Expertise, or great comfort with numbers.

e. Working knowledge of various statistical tools will be an added advantage.

f. Foreign Language Proficiency will be an added advantage.
