• Understand operational risk framework and its nuances.
• Able to develop operational risk policies and other related policies.
• In dept understanding and experience in conducting of RCSA, including systems, able to articulate risk statements, control statements, have worked on designing of KRIs, loss data management framework.
• Excellent communication skills
