Job descriptionAssist in sourcing, evaluating, and executing real estate transactions (sales, leases, investments) Conduct market research, property due diligence, and competitive analysis Prepare offering memorandums, client presentations, and marketing materials Draft and review real estate documents (e.g., lease agreements, purchase contracts) Coordinate property tours, inspections, and closings Liaise with brokers, clients, legal counsel, and third-party vendors Maintain CRM and track all transaction activities and timelines Support senior team members with client management and business development
