Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central and Payroll.
- Configure and optimize Payroll schemas, wage types, and payroll catalogues for global and localized requirements (e.g., Kuwait, Bahrain, etc.).
- Manage data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Basis, Security, and Integration teams.
- Handle year-end activities, legal changes, and support pack implementations.
- Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and provide strategic HRIS solutions.
Required Skills
Deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central.Strong hands-on experience with Payroll configuration (Gross to Net), DME / BCM, and HR Posting.Familiarity with PA / OM / Time / Interfaces is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural environment.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with international payroll localization (e.g., Middle East, Africa).SAP Certification in SuccessFactors modules.Exposure to ITIL-based support models.
