Position : - Financial Consultant

Experience : - 3+Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize financial models (DCF, scenario analysis, project structuring) for urban and infrastructure projects.

Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports / presentations to support client decision-making.

Evaluate project financing structures (PPP, BOT, blended finance, private equity, institutional investment).

Assess the financial performance of assets, zones, or development phases within larger urban and infrastructure programs.

Provide strategic recommendations on investment, development, and financing options.

Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance and control standards.

Minimum Requirements

Strong academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA / MSc) is an advantage.

3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, economic advisory, project finance, or infrastructure consulting.

Strong expertise in Excel-based financial modelling and DCF analysis.

Experience working on urban development and infrastructure financing projects (e.g., transport, real estate, utilities, social infrastructure).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
