We are looking for an experienced SAP HR SuccessFactors Project Manager for our Client based at Manesar to lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of SuccessFactors modules across the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong domain understanding of HR processes, solid project management skills (Agile / Waterfall), and hands-on experience in managing SuccessFactors projects with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead full lifecycle projects for SAP SuccessFactors (implementation, rollouts, enhancements, integrations).
- Create project plans, schedules, risk registers, communication plans, and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder reviews, and project governance.
- Manage external vendors / implementation partners and ensure SLA compliance.
Functional Ownership
Work closely with HR leadership to translate business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors configurations.Manage at least 2–3 SAP SF modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, LMS, Compensation).Drive requirement workshops, solution design, UAT, deployment, and hypercare.Develop functional documents, configuration workbooks, SOPs, and training materials.Stakeholder & Team Management
Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Compliance, and external consultants.Serve as the primary escalation point for SuccessFactors-related issues.Guide internal team members and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Operational Support & Optimization
Ensure stabilization of deployed modules and support continuous process improvement.Monitor integrations with ERP, payroll, attendance, and third-party systems.Track system performance, configuration changes, compliance needs, and audit readiness.Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of total experience with a minimum of 4+ years in SAP SuccessFactors project management .Hands-on experience delivering at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation .Strong understanding of HR processes such as Talent Management, Core HR, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, or Performance Management.Experience in vendor management, requirement analysis, testing cycles, and cutover planning .Certifications in SuccessFactors modules are preferred.Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.Preferred Attributes
