You will design and deliver comprehensive technology solutions that drive business objectives forward. Working at the intersection of technology and strategy, you'll collaborate with senior leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to shape architectural decisions that enhance scalability, performance, and efficiency across the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

Design scalable, high-performance, and secure technology solutions that meet both business and technical requirements

Evaluate and optimize technology processes to ensure efficiency, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness

Partner with product managers, engineers, DevOps teams, and business leaders to define requirements and align solutions with organizational goals

Assess and integrate best-fit technologies, frameworks, and tools while ensuring alignment with architectural best practices

Establish and enforce architectural standards and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality across development teams

Conduct system analysis, performance tuning, and security assessments to proactively address risks and inefficiencies

Troubleshoot technical challenges across development, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive successful deployments

Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions that advance business and technical capabilities

What You Bring

Education

MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Technical Skills

Proven experience designing and delivering complex, scalable software and infrastructure solutions

Strong understanding of software development architecture, cloud computing, and modern technology stacks

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and architectural patterns including microservices and serverless computing

Proficiency in development methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Scrum, DevOps)

Familiarity with version control (Git), infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation), and automation scripting (Python, JavaScript / TypeScript)

Understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and risk management

Core Competencies

Experience working in large organizational environments with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex technical challenges

Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

Proven stakeholder management and collaboration across business and technology teams

Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms)
