Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Team Leadership :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and property consultants.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.
- Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Guide clients through property options, legal documentation, and closing deals.
- Lead Management :
- Oversee lead generation activities through online campaigns, channel partners, and site visits.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and conversions into sales.
- Reporting & Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and reports.
- Present regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Project Coordination :
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure accurate property representation.
- Participate in site visits, expos, and promotional events.
