About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target market needs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights gathering to inform marketing plans.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track campaign performance to measure ROI and optimize marketing spend.
- Develop annual marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Marketing Campaign Execution :
Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO / SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising), content marketing, public relations, events, and traditional advertising (if applicable).Oversee the creation and production of high-quality marketing materials (e.g , website content, brochures, presentations, videos, social media assets).Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO / SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing automation.Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure effective lead nurturing.Brand Management & Positioning :
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, messaging, and visual style guide.Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.Monitor brand reputation and manage online reviews and feedback.Content Marketing & Thought Leadership :
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to create valuable and engaging content that attracts and engages target audiences.Oversee the creation of blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and other content formats.Identify opportunities for thought leadership and brand building through content marketing and public relations activities.Team Management & Collaboration :
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals (if applicable).Collaborate effectively with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams.Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media 4+ years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, best practices, and analytics.Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM software (e.g , Salesforce).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Strong1 written, verbal, and presentation skillsref : iimjobs.com)
