Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound / inbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Pitch products or services to generate sales or set appointments
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Handle objections confidently and close leads
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets and conversion metrics
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM or call logs
Required Skills & Experience :
6 months to 3 years of experience in voice process, telesales, telemarketing, or customer serviceStrong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyPreferred Backgrounds :
Experience in BPO, customer service, outbound / inbound salesPrior B2B or B2C client handling experience is a plusRequirements
