Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the Supply & Operations team, ensuring smooth workflow and performance excellence.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships with timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long-term partnerships.
• Supervise reservations, bookings, and itinerary coordination with accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain sales files, ensuring documentation, contracts, and records are consistently updated.
• Ensure seamless daily operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support operational requirements and customer experience.
• Maintain comprehensive records of bookings, vendor agreements, contracts, and sales documentation.
• Identify, suggest, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
