About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in Node.Js who is eager to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems. In this role, you’ll work closely with the tech lead, contribute to core backend development, optimize performance, and be a key part of shaping the product’s technical foundation.

This role is perfect for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on backend experience who enjoys solving complex problems and taking ownership of features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using Node.Js and related frameworks.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs that integrate with internal and external systems.
• Work with message queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS for asynchronous processing.
• Design efficient database schemas and queries for MySQL and MongoDB .
• Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams for smooth feature delivery.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to root cause analysis.
