Assistant Manager - Corporate Training Partnerships - MNC & Enterprise Sales

About the Role :

We're looking for a skilled and results-driven professional to lead our corporate training partnerships and B2B sales efforts. As a Manager, you'll work with top companies (especially MNCs and large enterprises) to promote and sell our training programs. Your main goal will be to build strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development teams, and decision-makers to help their workforce grow through our upskilling solutions.

What You'll Do :

1. Build Partnerships with Big Companies

  • Reach out to and build relationships with MNCs, large enterprises, and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Work closely with HR heads, L&D managers, and senior executives to promote our training programs as their go-to solution.

2. Drive Sales & Revenue

  • Lead the full B2B sales process - from finding new clients to closing big training deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering the right training solutions.
  • 3. Understand the Market

  • Keep an eye on industry trends, skills gaps, and what companies are looking for in training.
  • Suggest new ideas for training programs based on what the market needs.
  • 4. Generate Leads & Build Presence

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, email, calls, and events to find and connect with potential clients.
  • Create custom proposals for clients and represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • 5. Track Sales & Performance

  • Keep detailed records of your sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system.
  • Share regular updates and insights with the leadership team on how sales are going.
  • What We're Looking For :

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in EdTech, corporate training, or enterprise solutions.
  • Proven success in closing high-value training deals with big companies.
  • Great at building networks, especially with HR and L&D teams.
  • Experience with negotiating corporate contracts and managing long-term partnerships.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people grow through learning.
  • Bonus Points If You Have :

  • Experience working in EdTech, training companies, or B2B SaaS.
  • A good understanding of corporate learning trends, upskilling, and reskilling.
