Job descriptionB.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong software knowledge are welcome) Practical understanding of DPR preparation and estimation Knowledge of IRC design standards and basic engineering calculations Proficiency in the following software : Autodesk Civil 3D AutoCAD MS Excel Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a team and handle tasks responsibly Opportunity to work on diverse infrastructure and consultancy projects Mentorship from experienced engineers and project managers Growth-oriented work environment Competitive salary based on skills and experience

We are looking for young, driven civil engineering professionals to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for Road / Highway projects
- Estimation and quantity calculations for different components in road work.
- Preparation of drawings, layouts, and plans using CAD software
- Support senior engineers in field surveys, data collection, and project documentation
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams
- Ensure project deliverables meet technical and quality standards
