Job descriptionModel FACILITIES using Revit MEP, especially HVAC systems Telecom devices modelling – SP3 D and / or PDS Cable tray modelling including tray supports – SP3 D and / or PDS Trench and duct bank routing – SP3 D and / or PDS Preparation of telecom device layout Preparation of F&G / telecom device layout Preparation of main cable tray routing layout 2 D extraction from 3 D model Device installation drawings Junction box schedule, cable schedule, drum schedule Control room cable routing and equipment layout Cable block diagrams Bulk MTO (cables, junction boxes, devices) Optional Knowledge : F&G, HVAC Revit Navisworks Microsoft Office SP3 D (Equipment / Cable Way / Drawing Console) Smart Plant Review (SPR) Auto CAD Micro Station PDS PDMS Telecom Knowledge (Optional) Availability to travel to site (1 year) Future mobilization to project Possible mobilization to Spain office Future possibility of transfer to Chennai office
Summary of the Position
Professionals with a Diploma in Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant design experience in BIM & Revit MEP, with strong knowledge in :
- Revit MEP design (3 D / 2 D modelling)
- Familiarity with BIM methodology
- Organized, motivated, and capable of working in a team
