Manager / Cloud Architect - Azure / IaaS Platform

Making an Impact :

• Design and deploy best practice solutions that adhere to the business needs and drive business outcome
• Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders and regional customer leadership teams to understand the business requirements and design cloud solutions architecture and documentations
• Technically lead projects deliveries end to end.
• Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA / DR considerations keeping ManpowerGroup's global data protection requirements in mind.
• Develop and maintain HLD, LLD documents and technical specifications
• Support migration of on-premises and collaboration services to the Microsoft Cloud.
• Collaboration with the migration team including the Engineering & Database team.
• Assess and develop application modernization architecture towards re-platforming Azure IaaS & PaaS services.
• Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues
• Ability to back decisions with research and articulate several options in complex situations, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
• Manage and engage closely with architecture, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organization.
• Monitor the technology landscape for emerging technologies, patterns and solutions that can benefit ManpowerGroup as a whole.
• Build quick POCs, pilots and production deployments
• Keep up to date with latest Azure services, features and competitive insights. Evaluate technology and tools to enable the product ecosystem in ManpowerGroup.
