- Design and deploy best practice solutions that adhere to the business needs and drive business outcome
- Collaborate with development teams, stakeholders and regional customer leadership teams to understand the business requirements and design cloud solutions architecture and documentations
- Technically lead projects deliveries end to end.
- Drive architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, and compliance decisions scale, performance, agility, HA / DR considerations keeping ManpowerGroup's global data protection requirements in mind.
- Develop and maintain HLD, LLD documents and technical specifications
- Support migration of on-premises and collaboration services to the Microsoft Cloud.
- Collaboration with the migration team including the Engineering & Database team.
- Assess and develop application modernization architecture towards re-platforming Azure IaaS & PaaS services.
- Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues
- Ability to back decisions with research and articulate several options in complex situations, the pros and cons for each, and a recommendation
- Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud.
- Manage and engage closely with architecture, technical lead and engineering partners from various vendor and partner organization.
- Monitor the technology landscape for emerging technologies, patterns and solutions that can benefit ManpowerGroup as a whole.
- Build quick POCs, pilots and production deployments
- Keep up to date with latest Azure services, features and competitive insights. Evaluate technology and tools to enable the product ecosystem in ManpowerGroup.
Sharing Expertise - Breadth and depth of Technology Infrastructure domains, industry and organizational knowledge across multiple functions, platforms, services
At least 4 years of architecture, design, implementation, and / or support of highly distributed applications (i.e. having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.) on Azure cloud.In-depth knowledge of Azure services such as Compute (VMs, Containers), Storage (Blobs, Disks), Networking (Virtual Networks, Load Balancers), and Identity (Azure Active Directory).Experience with Azure architecture patterns such as microservices, event-driven architecture and serverless computingProficiency in Terraform and Azure DevOps for cloud automation and CI / CD pipeline implementation.Ability to stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.Experience in communicating with end users, technical & business teams to collect requirements, describe product features, and technical designs.Gaining Exposure :
