Job descriptionIdentify, develop, and execute strategies to drive revenue growth in the cybersecurity domain. Expand the client base through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship building with key decision-makers in various industries. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to position the company as a trusted cybersecurity solutions provider. Set and achieve revenue and profitability targets by leveraging existing relationships and identifying new market opportunities. Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies that align with client requirements and ensure competitive positioning. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Identify client pain points and offer tailored cybersecurity solutions that align with their business objectives. Proactively address client feedback and ensure delivery of exceptional service quality. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that meet current and emerging threats. Drive innovation by staying updated on the latest cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Partner with product and engineering teams to refine offerings and ensure alignment with market demands. Act as a thought leader and mentor to internal teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Partner with executive leadership to align cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand reputation and visibility. Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity business development, sales, or a related role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, services, and solutions, including managed services, risk assessments, compliance, and incident response. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders. Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on achieving measurable results.
