Responsibilities
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented B2B Sales Professionals with a passion for learning and development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing training deals with corporate clients, particularly with L&D, HR, and Procurement stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, and email campaigns
- Pitch tailored technical and behavioral training programs to L&D heads, HR leaders, and business unit heads
- Conduct meetings (virtual / in-person) to understand client training needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals and training solutions
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure post-sale support
- Maintain CRM and regularly update sales reports and client interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Keep abreast of training trends, certifications, and enterprise learning priorities
Key Requirements
Education :B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferable)MBA in Sales / Marketing (mandatory)Experience :
1 - 3 years of B2B Sales experience (preferably in L&D / Corporate Training)Prior experience working with L&D or HR stakeholders is highly desirableSkills :
