About the Role :
We are looking for a data-driven professional who will be responsible for driving recruitment analytics, maintaining dashboards, tracking hiring performance, and enabling data-backed decision-making for the Talent Acquisition team. This role will support the team with accurate and timely MIS reports, scorecards, and insights that improve hiring outcomes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Data Management :
- Track and maintain recruitment funnel metrics across levels, locations, and functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates in internal HRMS / ATS systems.
- MIS & Reporting :
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly hiring dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Analyze key recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source efficiency, diversity metrics, etc.
- Analytics & Insights :
- Generate actionable insights using historical data to forecast hiring trends and optimize processes.
- Present analysis to senior stakeholders with clear visualizations and business impact commentary.
- Dashboard Creation :
- Build and manage automated dashboards using Power BI / Tableau / Excel , integrating data from multiple sources.
- Design scorecards for recruiters and hiring teams to drive performance accountability.
- Process Enhancement :
- Work closely with recruiters and HR operations to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Standardize data formats and reporting templates for scalability and consistency.
