About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven QA Engineer who is passionate about learning, exploring new tools, and continuously improving. The ideal candidate should have done self-initiated projects or hands-on practice in software testing—even if they are a fresher.

We value practical knowledge, curiosity, and the right attitude over purely theoretical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Understand requirements and prepare structured test scenarios and test cases.

▪️ Perform manual testing : functional, smoke, regression, usability, and exploratory testing.

▪️ Develop or attempt basic automation scripts (Selenium preferred).

▪️ Contribute to building or improving automation frameworks.

▪️ Report and track defects clearly using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.

▪️ Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution and quality improvements.

▪️ Participate in reviews and contribute ideas to strengthen QA processes.

▪️ Display ownership, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new tools or techniques.

Skills Required Manual Testing :

▪️ Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, test case creation, and defect tracking.

▪️ Exposure to real / practice projects such as web app testing, mobile app testing, or API testing.

Automation Testing :

▪️ Basic hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java / Python).

▪️ Knowledge of TestNG / Maven or similar tools is a plus.

▪️ Familiarity with API tools like Postman is an advantage.

Other Skills :

▪️ Strong willingness to learn and adapt independently (self-learner mindset).

▪️ Practical exposure through self-made projects, internships, or online challenges .

▪️ Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

▪️ Positive attitude, discipline, and eagerness to explore new technologies.

▪️ Good communication and collaboration skills.

Eligibility

▪️ Education : B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA or related fields.

▪️ Experience : 0–2 year (Freshers MUST have done practical projects or hands-on practice).

▪️ Location : Only Tamil Nadu candidates will be considered.

▪️ We prefer : Candidates with initiative—not just theoretical knowledge from college.
