Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver hands-on sessions on Microsoft SQL Server Database Administration . The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in database architecture, performance tuning, backup strategies, and security best practices, with the ability to guide learners through real-world administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver structured training on MSSQL installation , configuration , and maintenance

Guide learners through backup & restore , recovery models , and disaster recovery planning

Demonstrate user and role management , permissions , and SQL Server Agent

Provide hands-on labs for indexing , query optimization , and performance tuning

Explain monitoring , troubleshooting , and log management techniques

Support learners with post-training Q&A and lab troubleshooting

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above)

Experience with T-SQL , SSMS , and SQL Server Agent

Knowledge of backup strategies , recovery models , and transaction log management

Familiarity with indexing , query plans , and performance tuning

Understanding of security models , roles , and auditing

Strong communication and instructional delivery skills
