Job Description

This DevOps role focuses on the operations and stability of a global IVR system, including deployments to AWS and on-premises environments. The position requires experience with AWS services (S3, EC2, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, CloudWatch), Unix, MySQL, networking fundamentals, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC). Responsibilities include monitoring performance, responding to issues promptly, and collaborating with team members and partners. Familiarity with Apache Tomcat / HTTP Server, Splunk
