SAP STP FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced SAP STP Consultant with strong functional expertise across the Source-to-Pay process, including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM and FI integration , with a solid understanding of business processes, configuration, and optimization in an end-to-end procurement cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P / STP) process design, configuration, and implementation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, CO, and Procurement) to ensure seamless process integration.

Analyze and document business requirements; translate them into SAP system solutions.

Configure SAP MM and FI modules to meet business needs for P2P / STP processes.

Provide expertise in areas such as purchase requisitioning, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment processing.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across procurement and payables.

Support system testing (UAT), documentation, and end-user training.

Drive continuous process improvement and system optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of SAP functional experience, with a focus on Source-to-Pay (S2P / STP) processes.

Strong knowledge of SAP MM , FI , and integration points between MM and FI.

Experience in end-to-end implementation , configuration , and support projects .

Understanding of procurement, vendor management, and AP processes .

Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA preferred.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

SAP Certification in MM or related module.

Prior experience working in global or remote delivery environments.

Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Ariba, VIM, or Concur) is a plus.
